RECEPTION Admissions

Children start Reception in the academic year (September to August) that they have their 5th birthday. 

We currently admit 30 children into our Reception class.

Admission to Reception - The Application Process

You should apply for a Reception place in the January of the year that you child starts Reception in September.

We follow the criteria as set out in the London Borough of Wandsworth booklet “Choose a Wandsworth Primary School”.

Parents are welcome to book a tour of the school before making an application. Please contact the school office on 020 7228 3857 for more information.  

Having a place in the school's Nursery does not guarantee a place in our Reception class. 

Admission to Reception for September 2024

The closing date for on time applications is Monday 15th January 2024. 

If you live outside of Wandsworth, you should apply through your home borough.   

Notification of outcomes for Admission to Reception for September 2024

If you applied on a paper form, you will have received an outcome letter by first class mail on 16th April 2024.

A place will be offered at whichever of the schools is able to allocate your child a place using the published admission criteria. You will be asked to confirm that you accept the place offered.
